Currently, sponsor representation for non-UK (and non-EU) companies wishing to conduct clinical studies in the UK may still be provided through a “Legal Representative” established in the EU. Should this provision change, we will offer representation for sponsors not established in the UK for drug trials and investigations with medical devices from our UK subsidiary. Until this time please contact our Dutch subsidiary FGK Representative Service B.V. for clinical trials with drugs in the UK and our Irish subsidiary FGK Representative Service Ireland Ltd. for clinical investigations with medical devices in the UK. 

For clinical studies only conducted in the UK we recommend using our local UK subsidiary. Please contact us:
